MDPC D.B.L.S is manufactured form a high quality stearic acid in a tightly controlled production operation that guarantees product uniformity. The result is a pure white color with consistent properties. The product is treated by a special surface coating technique to ensure its ready dispersion in PVC, regardless of the compounding technique.

MDPC Used as high temperature lubricant & heat stabilizer in PVC processing. finds application in cable manufacturing, calendaring operations and extrusions. Also used in Reinforced Suction Hoses, Sheets and tubing. Normally, Di Basic Lead Stearate is used along with Lead Stearate and Tri Basic Lead Sulphate.
